ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY WATER PERMEABLE YELLOW SOIL CONCRETE BLOCK AND PACKING MATERIALS USING THE SAME, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING WATER PERMEABILITY AND ELIMINATING TOXICITY OF CEMENT

PURPOSE: A water permeable yellow soil concrete block and packing materials which are manufactured using the concrete block are provided to create environment which is beneficial to a human body and to improve water permeability by constantly maintaining air gap of water-permeable concrete blocks.;CONSTITUTION: A permeable particle is prepared by adding yellow soil 60 parts by weight, aggregate powder 30 parts by weight, and compound 1 part by weight to portland cement. A first mixture consisting of elvan 50 weight%, king stone 30 weight%, and zeolite 20 weight% is shattered in 20 mesh. A second mixture comprises vermiculite 55 weight%, mixing calcination powder 30 weight%, talcum powder 5 weight%, calcium hydroxide 5 weight%, account A. E agent 1 weight%, surface active agent 1 weight%, and selenium 3 weight%. A particle for neutralizing the toxicity of cement is manufactured by mixing the first mixture and the second mixture with a ratio of 1:1.
