CONSTRUCTION WORK APPARATUS OF MICRO PILE AND THE METHOD THEREOF FOR LOAD INSTANT

A construction apparatus of a micro pile for instant load and a method thereof are provided to construct a building quickly and to reduce construction time and cost by inserting a tread bar in a hard ground with a wedge part of a fixed supporting frame and fixing the tread bar in the ground even when a grouting is not completely dried. A construction apparatus of a micro pile for instant load comprises a polygon piling frame(10), a fixed supporting frame(20), and a bearing plate(70). The polygon piling frame is formed with a frame body(11) having a tread bar hole(12), supporting projections(13) at outer peripheries of the frame body, wherein the supporting projections are formed with piling projections(14) whose upper part is projected longer than an outer periphery of the steel pipe and caught by the upper end of the steel pipe. The fixed supporting frame is formed with a tread bar insertion hole(23), a wedge part(22) forcibly inserted in the hard ground, and a supporting ring projection(21) for fixing the wedge. The bearing plate has a through hole(71) formed in the steel pipe and is fixed at the upper surface of the polygon piling frame by nuts(72).
