A plasma display device and a power supply device thereof are provided to finely control output voltages of a converter by using a feedback loop. A scan electrode driving voltage generator(610) includes a power supply unit, a scan voltage generator, a scan electrode driving voltage generator, a feedback signal generator, and a switching controller. The power supply unit(611) includes a primary coil of a transformer and a switching transistor which is connected to the primary coil. The scan voltage generator(612) includes a reference voltage generator and a converter. The scan electrode driving voltage generator(613) generates a source voltage for a scan electrode driver and includes a secondary coil of the transformer, a diode, and a capacitor. The feedback signal generator(614) is connected to the converter and an output terminal of the scan electrode driving voltage generator, and generates a feedback signal by receiving an output voltage from the converter and the scan electrode driving voltage generator. The switching controller(615) receives the feedback signal from the feedback signal generator and turns on/off a switching transistor in the power supply unit, such that output voltages from the scan voltage generator and the scan electrode driving voltage generator are finely controlled.
