摘要

An illuminating device having plural lamp light sources, a heating device having plural heating elements, and a power device having plural motors are provided to obtain desired color and brightness within an exact and fine error range. An illuminating device having plural lamp light sources(100) capable of being independently operated includes one phase-controlled power(200'), a housing, and a circuit device(400). The one phase-controlled power is formed by independently controlling phase angles of an upper wave and a lower wave of AC power. The plural lamp light sources have different color temperatures(K) or CRIs(Color Rendering Indexes). The housing has a space for fixing the plural lamp light sources. The circuit device is inserted and installed into the housing, electrically connects the power and the plural lamp light sources, and includes an upper wave phase detection unit(420), a lower wave phase detection unit(440), and at least two output control units(430,450) connected to the upper and lower phase detection units respectively.
