A BREEDING METHOD OF A PIG USING A BY-PRODUCT OF GINSENG STEAMED RED

A pig raising method using a by-product of red ginseng is provided to improve the growth and quality of pig by reusing red ginseng residue for pig feed. A pig raising method using a by-product of red ginseng comprises the steps of: drying red ginseng residue and grinding it in 40mesh size; mixing 10~20wt% of the red ginseng residue and 80~90wt% of an excipient to prepare a feed additive; adding 1~2kg of the feed additive per 1000kg of pig feed; and supplying the feed to pig 2~3 times a day.
