Feed Additive Using By-Product of Ginseng Steamed Red And Manufacturing Method Thereof

PURPOSE: A feed additive using red ginseng meal, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the weight gaining rate, and the meat quality of domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a feed additive using red ginseng meal comprises the following steps; mixing the red ginseng meal with medicinal herbs meal; injecting lactic acid bacteria culture liquid to the mixture; and fermenting the mixture in the anaerobic condition. The red ginseng meal is finely cut into 1-5cm. The medicinal herbs meal includes Epimedium koreanum, Eleutherococcus senticosus, Lycium chinense, Carthamus seeds, Rubus coreanus, Cornus officinalis, and Cervi parvum cornu.
