PURPOSE: Differentiated adipocyte for allogenic transplantation is provided. The differentiated adipocyte has no antigenicity to T-lymphocyte which causes immune response, so that allogenic transplantation of the differentiated adipocyte can be accomplished and the production cost of the differentiated adipocyte can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: The differentiated adipocyte for allogenic transplantation is produced by culturing preadipocyte in the expansion medium containing EGF(epidermal growth factor), bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor) and TGF-b1(transforming growth factor beta 1) until the preadipocyte forms a monolayer on a culture vessel; transferring and culturing the cultured preadipocyte in the differentiation medium containing 3% bovine serum, biotin, insulin, pantothenate, dexamethasone, IBMX(isobutylmethylxanthin) and indomethacin; and culturing the differentiated adipocyte in the adipocyte medium which has the same composition except IBMX and indomethacin.
