FIELD: chemistry, agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: line for processing organic wastes into biocompost contains reservoirs for initial components, connected with unit for preliminary mixture preparation, which has device for mixing and crushing, as well as device for air aeration. Device for mixture disinfection is made in form of fermenters, upper part of each is connected with unit of its preliminary preparation, which represents reservoirs of two trailer-spreaders, whose unloading transporters are placed throughout bottom area of said reservoirs and are united with directing casing with mixer delivery screw conveyor, located under said unloading transporters, over which crushing beaters are fixed, whose upper part is closed with reflecting arc-shaped casing. Fermenters are supplied with unloading transporters, located throughout the bottom, as well as dosing gate, which allows to ensure even loading of belt transporter and machines for packing. Additionally temperature and gas-analyser sensors are installed in side fermenter case and connected to electric control of composting process parameters unit.;EFFECT: decrease of probability of pipeline perforation and ventilation system clogging-up, facilitating its servicing, monitoring microorganism activity and maximal automation of process of initial material loading and target product unloading.;3 dwg
