The arrangement (1) has an auditory cannel region applicable into an auditory cannel of an ear, where the arrangement is connected with a hearing aid unit of a hearing aid system by a hearing hose. An external region is accessible in an assigned condition of the arrangement from an outside, where a flexibly ductile area (30) i.e. joint, is provided between the regions. An outer area is arranged at a hearing hose with a grasp area separated from the auditory cannel region, and a flexible range is designed as plastic ductile range.
