The blade has a wiper strip and a carrying element, on whose ends end caps are guided. One of the end caps includes a cover (14), which is rotatably connected around a hinge axis (18) transverse to the wiper blade with end caps. The cover possesses pin (22) at its side, which faces a header . A tip of the pin is secured both in opened condition of the cover and in closed condition of the cover by parts of end caps and/or the cover against contact.
