The manifold (1) has a vacuum chamber (2) situated below a common pressurized ramp (3) that supplies injectors of an internal combustion engine i.e. oil engine, of a motor vehicle. The chamber has compartments that are connected to each other by connecting pipes to define spaces between the compartments for permitting a passage of cams of a camshaft. The chamber is closed at its lower part by an obturation cover (8) that is overmolded on the manifold with interposition of a sealing joint (9).
