The arrangement has a seat bed comprising three elements with a framework that includes tubes connected to joints, where the joints constitute an articulation of the seat bed. The articulation of the seat bed is obtained by wheels placed at ends of the seat bed, where the wheels slide on two rails (10) placed at each side of a car. The wheels permit the movement of the seat bed, and a hinge permits folding and unfolding of the seat bed. The sliding of the seat bed to obtain a desired position is adjusted by removable lugs.
