The tube has a vented drip chamber (1) placed in housings (21) of rotating peristaltic pumps (2), and an enclosure (3) closing an upper part of the chamber. A teat of the enclosure has shape and dimension defined for generating drips with a desired dimension to be correctly detected by infrared radiations (IR) during gravity fall. A body of the chamber has superimposed joint zones (12, 13), whose external diameters and dimensions are defined for permitting insertion of the zones in the housings of different dimensions and for permitting the radiations of the pumps to be occulted by the drips.
