PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a questionnaire to a user of an in-vehicle unit and acquire an answer in a distribution service for distributing content information from a center device through road side radio equipment to an in-vehicle unit.;SOLUTION: In this information distribution system 100, a center device 30 distributes a plurality of content information including content information for displaying a questionnaire question screen on which the questions and answer options of questionnaire are displayed and content information for displaying the questionnaire answer screen to be displayed according to the selection of each answer of the answer options on the questionnaire question screen to the in-vehicle unit 10. The in-vehicle unit stores the reception/reproduction history information on the content information received from the center device 30 into a storage part, and transmits the reception/reproduction history information included in up-link information to the center device 30.
