PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a partially soldering amount increasing type metallic mask, with which a soldering amount can be increased partially, and its manufacturing method, and a screen printing method for COB employing with the partially soldering amount increasing type metallic mask.;SOLUTION: This metallic mask is equipped with openings 1a, which are patterned in flat portions sufficient with a normal soldering amount, projecting outer wall parts 1b, which surround the periphery of a portion 3 inevitable with thicker printing soldering amount in order to increase the printing soldering amount of a mounting component 11 requiring a large soldering amount and have structures for storing more solder 9 by the height of the outer wall than another place at squeeging, and openings 1c, which are patterned in flat portions surrounded by the projecting outer wall parts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
