PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip 50 which is fixable on a surface of a board 20 and is hardly removable.;SOLUTION: This clip has a first sandwiching part 1 and a second sandwiching part 2 rotating in the mutually opening-closing direction around a common rotary shaft CL1, an energizing means 3 energizing the first sandwiching part 1 and the second sandwiching part 2 in the closing direction, and a rotational movement prohibiting means RK prohibiting the rotational movement in the closing direction when an angle formed by rotating in the opening direction against energizing force of the energizing means 3 reaches a predetermined angle α from a state being less than the predetermined angle α in an angle θ formed by both.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
