PURPOSE: A clip-type fixing structure for shield can and a method for assembling an electronic device comprising the same are provided to improve the space usability of a substrate at which a shield can is mounted and to manufacture a shield can through a relatively simple process. CONSTITUTION: A clip-type fixing structure for shield can includes a substrate(100), a shield can(300) and a clip unit(200). A printed circuit board is printed on the substrate, and the shield can covers some portion of the substrate physically. The clip unit includes a mounting unit and a fixing unit, and some of a shield can is inserted into a fixing unit. The shield can be attached to or detached from the clip unit.
