PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case fixing structure which allows for simpler fixing of a shield case onto a circuit board with an electronic component mounted thereon when compared with prior art.;SOLUTION: In a mother board 1 having a plurality of individual boards 10 as circuit boards, grooves are formed once along dicing lines DL for defining these individual boards 10, an adhesive 5 is applied to the grooves, the sidewall ends of shield cases 7 are fitted in the grooves, to which the adhesive 5 is applied, and then the adhesive 5 is hardened, thus fixing the shield cases 7 to the mother board 1.
