The device (6) has two clips (602, 612) provided with two fixed bits (604, 614) and two mobile bits (606, 616), where the device is made of flexible material. Each fixed bits and the mobile bits are articulated around articulation axes (606, 608). Space is formed between the fixed bits and the mobile bits to form tightening zones (610, 618). Thickness (d) of one of the clips is less than the thickness of a cable (4), where the cable is fixed on a rigid structure of an aircraft. One of the fixed bits is longer than one of the mobile bits that are longer than a sole of a frame. The flexible material is plastic or metal core.
