The device (5) has a support (6) i.e. plate, comprising flanging, tightening or clamping units provided on an upper face of the support to position and maintain ends of flexible elements (2) to be fixed to an object i.e. case (3). The support has positioning elements e.g. holes (10), to position the support in relation to the object, where the holes are formed on a lower face of the support. The support is made of electrically insulating material such as plastic material. The support comprises electrically conducting tracks (9) respectively connected to the flexible elements.
