PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain accurate arrangement of a wall system assembled on a floor system in a predetermined build-up position and binding thereof with the floor system without marking in a construction site.;SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a means for storing design value data of a building to be built by wood-frame construction; and a means for generating machining data for machining precut materials including each framing material and each floor facing material constituting the floor system and wall system from the design value data. The machining data is data for forming, in the wall system 40b and the floor system 30, dowel holes 33d and 41 for inserting a positioning dowel 50 to build up the wall system 40b on the floor system 30, the data including data for forming the floor system-side dowel hole 33d in a predetermined position of a floor facing material on the center of the wall system 40b disposed on the floor system 30 and data for forming the wall system-side dowel hole 41 in a lower frame 42 constituting the wall system 40b of a position corresponding to the floor system-side dowel hole 33d when the wall system 40b is arranged on the floor system 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
