PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy plate for a heat exchanger fin member, and a manufacturing method of the heat exchanger fin member using the same not causing cracks even when application or a usage amount of easily volatilized lubricating oil is reduced during fin pressing.;SOLUTION: A substrate is comprised of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy plate for a heat exchanger fin member has adsorption oil on a surface of the substrate. In the substrate, the surface roughness Ra is 0.1-0.8 micrometers. The adsorption oil is comprised of an organic compound adsorbed and remaining on the substrate even after the aluminum alloy plate is immersed in hexane.
