摘要

Aim to expand utilization of plate-fin heat exchanger in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, experiments of air-water were carried out. By means of certain data processing method experimental equations of convection coefficient and friction resistance coefficient were obtained. And another experiment was carried out using this plate-fin heat exchanger as an evaporator of room air conditioner in which R22 was used as the refrigerant. Experimental equations of heat transfer coefficient were also obtained. Through those experimental study Authors found that in either cases the plate-fin heat exchangers is of higher performance than that of tube-fin heat exchangers. Authors come to the conclusion that it is absolutely feasible to expand utilization of plate-fin heat exchanger in the field of air conditioner so as to get better heat transfer performance, improve performance of refrigeration systems and increase the compactness of air-conditioners.
