NON-CHROMATE SURFACE TREATED RESIN-COATED METAL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANCE AT END FACE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-chromate surface treated resin-coated metal sheet having excellent corrosion resistance at the end face, the red rust generation time of which can be delayed even when the end face or flawed part of the non-chromate surface treated resin-coated metal sheet is under such a wet environment that it is always exposed to water. PSOLUTION: The non-chromate surface treated resin-coated metal sheet has an undercoating film and/or final coating film formed on a non-chromate surface treated film. The undercoating film and/or final coating film contain 5-40 parts mass slow-release rustproofing fine particle, in which a porous inorganic fine particle is mixed with a metal compound-based rustproofing pigment, on the basis of 100 parts mass coating film component other than the mass slow-release rustproofing fine particle. When hundred pieces of 1 mm1 mm squares are carved on the resin-coated metal sheet and the square-carved metal sheet is immersed in a carbonate pH standard solution of 40C, the elution rate of a metal ion eluted from the rustproofing pigment is 0.001-1.0 mg/l-mSP2/SP-hr.
