PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a versatile design technology for the thicknesses and magnetic characteristics of a magnetic shield steel plate and the size of the magnetic shield device are imparted, and to provide a specific correcting method of the magnetic shield device.;SOLUTION: A thickness d1 when each of surfaces of an installation area 10 is sealed is calculated as the thickness of the surface of the installation area 10 by using the captured magnetic flux density Bc of the surface of the installation area 10, the representative length (l) of the surface of the installation area 10, and magnetic flux Φα passing the surface of the installation area 10. Further, the thickness d2 of each of surfaces of the installation area 10 when a shield plate group is disposed on the surface of the installation area 10 at predetermined intervals is calculated as the thickness of the surface of the installation area 10 by using thicknesses d1, widths W of shield plates constituting the shield plate group, and the arrangement period (pitch) P of the shield plate group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
