PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant optimum operating system which can minimize the operating cost in consideration of steam current on a steam gridiron of an in-house power-generating plant.;SOLUTION: The plant optimum operating system includes an optimum operating point calculating section 3 for calculating an optimum operating point of the in-house power-generating plant 10 and an automatic controlling device 9 that automatically controls the plant based on the optimum operating point. It outputs the optimum operating point as a target value to the automatic controlling device by arithmetically operating a built-in prescribed operation expression and identifying the optimum operating point with the optimum operating point calculating section 3 with a target function minimizing the fuel cost and under restriction conditions such as the balance of electric power supply and demand, steam current equation, balance of steam supply and demand, input/output properties of a boiler, input/output properties of a turbine electric generator, and upper and lower limits of variables.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
