PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided an advertisement display management system, an advertisement display management method, and a recording medium with an advertisement display management program recorded thereon, for displaying selectively an advertisement according to a condition such as a use time zone and a use place, obtaining a sufficient advertisement effect, and calculating an advertisement fee according to the advertisement effect.;SOLUTION: In this advertisement display management system, an advertisement information managing means 111 reads out user information from a user information storage means 115, based on information read from an information storage display medium, selects advertisement information stored in advertisement information databases 118, 119, 120, 121, based on the user information, a display information updating means 109 updates the advertisement information displayed on the information storage display medium by the selected advertisement information, and an advertisement fee calculating means 113 calculates the advertisement fee in response to the advertisement effect, based on a predetermined calculation method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
