Advertisements (A to E) are periodically and sequentially displayed according to the order of a display schedule, “A → B → C → D → E.” A (a) shows a push display processing. Almost the whole area of a display (201) is used in order to facilitate a distant viewer to view the advertisements in a push whole display area (301). A (b) shows the layout in the state of unoperation in a direction board mode. A pull display area (303) displays advertisement data on the advertisement specified by the viewer. An operation area (302) displays the thumbnail images of the advertisements (A to E) of the display schedule in order of the display schedule and awaits the specification of the viewer. A (c) shows the layout in the state of operation in the direction board mode. Here, the specification of the thumbnail images of the advertisement (C) is shown by a highlight display. When the thumbnail images of the operation area (302) are specified, the detailed advertisement data on the specified advertisement is displayed in the pull display area (303).
