This invention, making use of the nano- wire where electric quality is superior, at the same time, it regards the biosensor and its production method of increasing the detection sensitivity of the L glutamic acid sodium gurutameto which is the target substance which on the baseplate surface in with one nano- wire and the other one nano- wire, it tries to detect, especially, by fixing reseputa for the L glutamic acid sodium which is the food additive. It can produce the biosensor for gurutameto detection which relates to this invention, with the arrangement to which the nano- wire on the solid surface is lined up selectively in queue. As for this kind of biosensor, it is possible, to make size very small, because it is possible, to prevent the decrease of electric quality of the nano- wire, it is possible, to detect gurutameto very sensitively even just the little L glutamic acid sodium, it can use effectively as the portable biosensor which detects the food additive which exists in the processed food.
