PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pneumatic tire and an assembly of non-pneumatic tire/wheel, not causing problems in which a spoke structure is softened due to heat and an adhesive strength between the spoke structure and the wheel is degraded even if the wheel is heated by braking heat. PSOLUTION: In the wheel for the non-pneumatic tire, the inner surface of the wheel is formed in an uneven shape, and the surface area of the inner surface of the wheel is set to 110-350% of the reference value of the surface area in the wheel. In the assembly of the non-pneumatic tire/wheel, the non-pneumatic tire having at least a peripheral ring and an inner peripheral ring which are arranged concentrically and made from an elastic body is assembled to the wheel for the non-pneumatic tire.
