PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust scattering preventive effectively preventing the scattering of dust without reducing the water permeability of soil in particular, and to provide a dust scattering prevention method using the same.;SOLUTION: A dust scattering preventive comprising an emulsion obtained by emulsifying a polymer material into water, and comprising sulfosuccinate alkyl or the salt thereof is scattered over the surface to be treated such as the surface of soil. According to this invention, the water permeability of soil is maintained, and also, the scattering of dust from the surface of the soil can be surely prevented, thus, in the ground to which the soil is exposed, while the scattering of dust can be prevented upon drying, the risk of the overflow of rainwater caused by the use of the dust scattering preventive particularly upon rain, in particular, upon heavy rain can be evaded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
