PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dust scattering prevention agent which is permeated into between inorganic fibers such as asbestos, etc., and wets inorganic fibers so as to control occurrence of dust, to provide a dust scattering prevention method using the same and a method for releasing and removing an inorganic fiber-containing building material.;SOLUTION: The dust scattering prevention agent comprises a (co)polymer containing an N-vinylformamide structural unit and one or more kinds of surfactants selected from a cationic surfactant, an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant. An inorganic fiber-containing building material is sprayed or coated with the dust scattering prevention agent, which is cured for a given time and the inorganic fiber-containing building material is released.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
