PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erythrocyte surface potential measuring method by electrophoretic analysis and a device therefor, capable of analyzing erythrocyte reversing a potential caused by aggregation onset on a blood cell membrane.;SOLUTION: This method is described as follows: an electrophoretic cell is dipped into a middle part in a current-conductible electrophoretic vessel storing electrophoretic liquid; a specimen for measuring the erythrocyte is introduced onto a zero point position S (base point) on the center of the electrophoretic cell, and photographing with time of the electrophoretic vessel is performed; each image data are subjected to RGB decomposition, and a moving coordinate from the base point shown by brightness of each B component is measured relative to each pixel, to thereby analyze the image; and a change of an electrophoresis direction shown by an accumulation result of each moving coordinate to the negative/positive electrode side of analysis data with time is measured. A measuring device is constituted of an electrophoretic device A having the electrophoretic vessel 1a storing the electrophoretic liquid 2a passably and current-conductibly inside three vessels 101a/10a/101a, and the electrophoretic cell 3a dipped into the middle vessel 10a; a photographing device 6a for performing photographing with time of the electrophoretic cell 3a; and an analyzer 7a for performing image analysis of each image data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
