A laminate material for hook-and-loop closures, comprises a carrier film (1), and a textile substrate (2) laminated into the carrier film. The textile substrate has loops on a surface. The loops connect with hook-and-loop hooks. The carrier film and the textile substrate are not connected over the area. An independent claim is also included for a method for the production of a laminate material for hook-and-loop closures, comprising applying an adhesive to a carrier film in a pattern comprising adhesive areas (6) and adhesive-free regions (7). A material web of a textile substrate is applied to the side of the carrier film provided with the adhesive to form a two-ply web. The textile substrate has loops on its surface. The two-ply web is passed through a roller nip having two rollers, which passes the carrier film and the textile substrate together.
