3-[2-(Dimethylamino)methyl(cyclohex-1-yl)]phenol maleate is an analgesic with a very good action. The crystalline form A has proven to be very stable both chemically and physically and is particularly suitable for the production of the active principle and of pharmaceutical compositions.
