A flap (5) is arranged (4) in a channel of a fresh gas arrangement (1) in order to supply an internal combustion engine, in particular a motor vehicle, with fresh gas. The arrangement comprises an actuation device (7) which is used to pivot the flap about a pivotable axis (6). The actuation device comprises actuator which engages with the flap such that it can be pivoted in a manner eccentric to the pivotable axis during its operation, in order to reduce load of actuation device.
