PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous emulsion of biodegradable resin having stable dispersibility, useful for coating a textile product, a paper product, etc., to improve properties such as water resistance, oil resistance, airtightness, etc., of textile product and paper product but not to reduce biodegradability of textile product and paper product. ;SOLUTION: This aqueous dispersion of biodegradable resin comprises an acetyl cellulose-based biodegradable resin dispersed in water and stabilized.
