PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an IC for high-performance modification has a large circuit scale and costs high although high-resolution serial data can be obtained with the use of the IC. PSOLUTION: A fundamental waveform is generated by serial data synchronous with each of a rise edge and a fall edge. Delay clocks of a plurality of timings generated by delaying by delay elements are generated. The fundamental waveform and the delay clocks are overlapped.
