Hoop comprises a Heel (2) formed in a body that has a Top portion (Rounded) continued in a Straight section (b) whose Lower End is angularly deflected to form a Lower portion (c) presents a slightly curved face and a Flat Face opposite.The Lower portion (c) section (d) is a Cradle that develops from that and gradually tapering towards the end. The Insurance ring (3) is a body that has a flat face in coincidence with the flat face of the lower portion (c) and an opposite Face provides a break coinciding with the modified Edge of the wheel (5).Consequently, the upper part of the aro insurance is above the edge of the modified Wheel (5) and the lower part is accommodated in the Cavity (e) provided therein.
