N [(4,5 - DIFENYL-3-ALKYL-2-TIENYL) METHYL] AMINE (AMIDE, SULFONAMIDE, CARBAMATE AND UREA) DERIVATIVES AS ANTAGONISTS OF CANNABINIDE CB1 RECEPTORS. The present invention is directed to compounds corresponding to formula (1), wherein: OOO QQQ - X represents a group -C-, SO-2 ~ -, -O- N (R6 -) -, -CO-, R 1 '' represents: one (C 1 -C 7) alkyl, one (C 3 -C 7) cycloalkyl methyl unsubstituted or substituted several times on carbocyl; an unsubstituted or mono-, di- or tri-substituted phenyl; an unsubstituted or mono- or disubstituted benzyl; R 4 represents an unsubstituted or mono- or disubstituted or tri-substituted phenyl; R5 represents an unsubstituted or mono-, di- or tri-substituted phenyl; R6 represents a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C3) alkyl.
