In the present invention, there is disclosed a lipid vesicle with a positively charged lipid bilayer membrane comprising cationic and/or polycationic lipids wherein the lipid vesicle is characterized in that it further comprises at least one natural or synthetic viral fusion peptide integrated in or covalently linked to the membrane and wherein the membrane is further characterized by specific amount of cationic and/or polycationic lipids or cationic and/or polycationic lipids of phosphatidylethanolamine or phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylcholine wherein the invented lipid vesicle id further characterized in that the membrane further comprises at least one cell-specific marker in the form of a preformed molecule complex consisting of phosphatidylethanolamine, bifunctional crosslinking agent and cell-specific marker.
