THERMOELECTRIC HYPOTHERMIA DEVICE FOR PROCTOLOGY AND ONCOLOGY

The invention relates to thermoelectric means for treatment of proctology and oncology diseases. A thermoelectric hypotherm for proctology and oncology comprises two two-stage thermoelectric batteries based on Peltier modules and a flowing heat-transfer apparatus. Inside part of the heating conduit contacts with cool faces of modules. Outside working part comprises sets of heat-conducting inserts of corresponding form made of high thermal conductivity material, and heat-insulating ones made of low thermal conductivity material. Necessary outside working surface of the heating conduit corresponding to affected part of rectum is provided with sets of such inserts. The heating conduit has removable bearing disk with a fixator; afunctional surface of heating conduit working part is protected with set of heat insulating inserts. The invention provides simplification of treatment proctologic and oncological diseases and performance of surgical operations under permanent exposure of cool or heat.
