A method for generation of electric energy using electrochemical conversion consists in generation of fuel oxidation reaction in oxidizer flux with following separation of anions and cations from reaction place to an anode and a cathode. Charges separation is realized by means of introduction of electric field in reaction aria. To generate direct electric current, dc field is used, to generate alternating current ac field is used. The device for generation electric energy distinguishes by aria for reaction of fuel flux oxidation and oxidizer that limited by anode and cathode. The device has two insulated grid electrodes located correspondingly in parallel to the anode and the cathode and connected to a high-voltage source with high internal resistance.
