The present invention relates to an electricity generation device using energy conversion based on fluid vibration in a pipe and a method for manufacturing a pipe for energy conversion. To produce semi-permanent electrical energy by converting mechanical vibration energy based on vibration caused by turbulence and vortex of a fluid flowing in a pipe and vibration caused by pressure pulse of a pump into electrical energy by using a piezoelectric effect, a piezoelectric layer is coated on the inner side of a conductive pipe, a surface electrode layer is coated on the inner side of the piezoelectric layer, terminals are connected to the conductive pipe and the surface electrode layer, respectively, the terminals are provided on an energy conversion pipe configured to be connected to an electric condenser or an electricity use member, a fluid is moved in the energy conversion pipe, and voltage generated by applying pressure to the piezoelectric layer by vibration of the fluid is moved to the electrical condenser or the electricity use member through the terminal, to generate electricity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
