The automatic bagging machine, has a station that forms the bags, a filling station where fill sacks of products is provided in powder form. A sealing station is established for the closure of bags and an intermediate station for rapid transfer of such sack of filling station through a transfer mechanism. The transfer mechanism consists of a crank linked to some intermediate jaws holding the bag, which has rods associated in the vicinity of articulated shank of a pneumatic cylinder that moves the tilting of the crank.
