Temporary closure for containers of hospital and similar waste.; Consists of a plate (3) internally coupled to the mouth of the body (1) of the container in a substantially recessed position, with a perfect perimetral fit preventing outgassing, counting said plate (3) with a wide window (5) turn blockable by a lid (6) tightly engages said window and which is hinged by one of its edges to the plate (3). Thus the closing conditions substantially sealed are maintained throughout the filling process of the container (1), finding it devoid of its conventional cap final and inviolable closure and once there has been said filling without eliminating or plate (3) or its cover (6), the final cover is coupled to the mouth of the body (1) and the container can be permanently closed, for disposal without access to its interior.
