The invention refers to a device made up of somedriving devices for a fibre optic conductor cable, withgalvanic current, RF current, ultra-sound or any other typeof appropriate energy for the obliteration of a vein, byapplying energy that is absorbed by the vessel wall. Thetype of energy used can be light, electrical current,ultra-sound or any other type of energy that produces thisretraction effect, the driving devices are controlled byelectronic means which determine the amount of the advanceor withdrawal as well stopping of said fibre optic cable onthe inside of the probe. In parallel the fibre optic cableis connected to a generator of laser or RF energy or anyother type of energy that is suitable for the case.
