Provided are a method of mixing liquids in micro-inspection chip and inspection instrument in which different liquids are contacted in series with each other and fed in one direction in a mixing flow channel while interposing the front and rear portions thereof between airs so as to mix the liquids by utilizing the movement caused by the shear force of wall surface of the mixing flow channel and the surface tension of liquid-air interface, whereby the different liquids can be efficiently mixed.
