Disclosed is a peptide useful for a specific immunotherapy, particularly a cancer peptide vaccine therapy, for an HLA-A24- or HLA-A2-positive malignant tumor patient. Specifically disclosed is a peptide which is an EphB6v-peptide-derived peptide fragment having the amino acid sequence depicted in SEQ ID NO:3, which can bind to an HLA-A24 or HLA-A2 molecule, and which has a peptide-specific CTL-inducing ability. More specifically disclosed are peptides depicted in SEQ ID NOs: 4 to 7.
