The invention relates to the field of metrology, more particularly to a sensor which can be used in the food industry, for example. The aim of the invention is to create a sensor that can have any size. Said aim is achieved by a sensor which has a multilayer structure encompassing a support substrate with two wrapped, magnetizable cores and a dielectric cover. Said aim is also achieved by a method in which a green compact for a magnetizable core with metallic windings is applied to a dielectric ceramic green support film, and a second magnetizable core with metallic windings is applied, whereupon a cover is applied prior to or following a sintering process. Said aim is finally achieved by a method in which magnetizable cores with metallic windings are applied to a dielectric organic support plate or support film.
